My name is Jessica Montanelli, I'm a food blogger and food photographer based in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
My blog is called Cooking my Dreams and is a food blog for people who love good food, Italian cuisine and especially Pasta. The recipes range from traditional Italian and Tuscan food, to original and modern.
I was born and raised in Tuscany, Italy and then moved to the Netherlands in 2013. While working on a full-time office job, I spend my free time developing and photographing recipes, studying light, food styling and food photography.
I love to photograph food and make dishes and ingredients look as much appetizing as possible, stimulating all the senses through just the picture.
